Apple may have failed in its attempts to stop Amazon using the ‘App Store' name for its Android Appstore but the Apple's own app store is clearly not suffering. Apple this week suffered a blow when a U.S. District Judge Phyllis Hamilton sided with Amazon, denying Apple's efforts to secure an injunction to prevent Amazon from using the ‘App Store' name Apple is currently trying to trademark.
