Did Apple deliberately tamper an evidence to prove its patent infringement claim against Samsung in a German court, which decided in favor of Steve Jobs and Co. for a preliminary injunction that bans the sales of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 throughout the European Union (except the Netherlands). A Dutch publication claims so. According to Webwereld.nl, the judge may have overlooked the fact Apple only used as evidence an image that features a side-by-side comparison between the iPad 2 and the GalTab 10.1 instead of checking the actual devices.
