Forget about painted lines on the floor/surface that are there permanently – which means you are able to play only one kind of game properly, unless you don't mind painting the lines of a different court over in another color just because of a lack of recreational space; that would just confuse others. Perhaps this is where low energy LED technology comes in handy – courts of the future might just rely on reconfigurable LED lines that will dictate the limits of a particular court, and can be changed accordingly to suit the game that you're about to indulge in.
