There is still no official word as to when the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Google's upcoming superphone that will be the first smartphone from the Android platform to run on the Ice Cream Sandwich version, will hit the market Stateside, but it is encouraging to see that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus has already made its way to the FCC. Yes sir, this can only mean one thing – once it picks up FCC approval and certification, it should be very near a release from the mobile carrier known as Verizon Wireless. Since the accessories for the smartphone have already arrived at Verizon, the phone should follow suit shortly after.
