NTT DoCoMo is ready to release the MEDIAS LTE N-04D smartphone on February 15, 2012. Powered by the Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, the MEDIAS LTE N-04D is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm APQ8060 dual-core processor, a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with a 720 x 1280 pixel resolution,, a 16GB of storage space, a dust-proof body (IPX5/IPX8 certification) and a 1Seg TV tuner. Unfortunately, there is no info on pricing at this time.
