iHome 13″ Smart Sleeve for Mac review

We Gadgeteers haul our tech everywhere. Sometimes, we just need a few things, sometimes we need a lot. Sometimes we need to look presentable and business-like, sometimes it's OK to look like we're packing for a trip into a war zone or the wilderness. The 13″ Smart Sleeve for Mac from iHome is for those times when you need just a few things, and you want to make a good impression. Minimally sized for a MacBook Pro or Air, iPad, iPhone and just a little more, this will not be an EDC bag for many. But when you need to just have any of those devices, their power cables, and maybe a few files or magazines, this is going to rock your world.

ASUS MeMO Pad Launched [Official]

ASUS MeMO Pad Launched [Official]

ASUS has just announced that it has launched the MeMO Pad, a 7″ Android tablet priced aggressively at $149 in the U.S market. MeMO Pad runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and offers full-support for Google Play and the Android eco-system, unlike competing affordable tablets from Amazon. The ASUS MeMO Pad is powered by a VIA VM8950 processor running at 1GHz, which is supplemented by a Mali-400 graphics processor. This graphics processor was used by high-end smartphones just one year ago, so it's really good for a $149 device.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray: Everything there is to know (video)

2013 is shaping up to be a frantic year for Chevrolet, with over a dozen reveals and launches on its calendar. New iterations of the most financially and emotionally important vehicles to the brand are launching little more than a few weeks apart – the 2014 Silverado (financially) and the 2014 Corvette (emotionally). Better than any other models, these two lines form the bedrock for the Bowtie's identity and bookend its portfolio. The pickup is the backbone of the brand's profits (and indeed, those of General Motors) and the Corvette is its spiritual core and flagship.

Volkswagen breaks 40-year-old sales record in 2012

Volkswagen breaks 40-year-old sales record in 2012

The last time Volkswagen moved this many vehicles in America in one year, Richard Nixon was still a President in good standing, Let It Be was a radio hit and each car wearing the VW badge boasted an air-cooled engine. That's right, with a grand total of 580,286 vehicles sold in the US last year, the VW Group has broken its own four-decades-old sales record by 2,899 vehicles. Of that 580k total sold, 438k were Volkswagens and 139k were Audi products – increases of 35.1 percent and 18.5 percent, respectively, in year-over-year sales.
