The Alcatel OT-990 Android-powered smartphone that we fondled back in February during MWC has finally become available in the UK. O2 has nabbed itself an exclusivity deal on this handset, and is now offering it on Pay & Go. The Alcatel OT-990 can be yours if you agree to part with £99.99. Despite the cheapish price, this is anything but the lowest-end Android phone we've ever seen.
