Panasonic's Latest Premium Razor Features Stubble Detector, LCD Display

Panasonic's Latest Premium Razor Features Stubble Detector, LCD Display

As a bearded American, being able to keep my facial hair neat and trim is one of my first priorities, right behind wondering if there's any Twinkies residue left in my beard from the night before. When I trim my facial hair, leaving behind stubble is something I certainly don't want as it'll certainly ruin the looking I'm going for. That's why I think I need a Panasonic ES-LV65-S in my life as not only does it have five blades to help trim facial hair, but it also has a built-in sensor that can detect the density of stubble hair, which it can then automatically adjust its motor's speed so its blades can cut through facial hair easier.

Nokia seeks to ban import of One smartphones in UK

Nokia seeks to ban import of One smartphones in UK

Nokia has scored an important victory in its legal crusade against HTC. The Patents Court in London has found that the Taiwanese company infringes on one of Nokia's patents. The Finns will now try and leverage on the decision and pursue an import ban of the One smartphones as well as seeking compensation of undisclosed amount. The Finnish company is displeased with HTC for using its patent for a "modulator, equipment used by phones to transmit data". The Taiwanese manufacturer has argued that the technology in question is found in Qualcomm chips it purchases for its One smartphone, and it's up to the chip maker to negotiate the licenses.

We have heard the rumors that BlackBerry could be gearing up to launch a Porsche version of the BlackBerry Z10, which could be known as the Porsche P'9882, the successor to Porsche P'9881 that was unveiled a couple of years ago. We have seen photos leaked but to date there has not been an official announcement and we're not sure why, which we found rather odd given that there was a series of leaks and rumors but suddenly it all stopped.

Nike Explains Lack Of Bluetooth LE Is The Reason Why There Is No Android FuelBand App

The Nike FuelBand SE is a pretty sleek looking device and with Nike's background in fitness and with their strong branding, it certainly looks like it has what it takes to be a great product. The downside, however, is the fact that the FuelBand SE does not support Android, which was explicitly stated by Nike. What this means is that as far as accessories are concerned, the Nike FuelBand SE is an iOS-exclusive piece of hardware. But why is this.

While the left-to-right curviness seems subtle in the photos, it was made more apparent when we started scrolling content sideways on that vibrant 5.7-inch, 1080p AMOLED panel. The outer curve made it instantly pleasing while holding the phone with a single hand, and the concave nature of the screen made it just a tad easier for our thumb to reach the other side. On a similar note, this Android 4.3 device felt expectedly nice in our trouser pocket. We only found one application that takes advantage of the Galaxy Round's unique shape, which is the "Roll Effect" notification display.

There is still a bit of time stretching between now and when we're allowed to bring you our First Drive of the second-generation Genesis prototype, but we have been cleared to break off news of two heretofore unheard of features that will debut on the premium sedan. The first, and arguably most interesting of the two, is a carbon dioxide sensor inside the cabin of the Genesis.

Some women even take to various social networks to let others know they have freed themselves from their bra, but a new high-tech bra was created to let the world know you let your ladies loose for you. OgilvyOne Atens created a high-tech bra that can tweet each time you unclasp your bra in a way to promote breast cancer awareness as well for the need for self-examinations.

Native Skype App For BlackBerry 10 Could Be On Its Way

Earlier this year it was revealed that Skype would be making its way onto BlackBerry 10 devices, which is good news especially since the BlackBerry 10 platform could use more big name apps. However the downside is that the app, at that time, turned out to be a port of the Android version of Skype. While there is nothing wrong with ports, the fact of the matter is that they are not optimized for the BlackBerry 10 platform, meaning that it is not as integrated and smooth as it could be compared to a native app, but we guess given that BlackBerry 10 users have no other choice, it will have to do.

When Lauren Carter of Glen Ellyn, IL was in the market for her first car, she went for a Mazda3. Not a bad choice, but not necessarily remarkable on the surface. After all, Mazda sold 123,361 of them here last year alone. What she didn't know was that the car she bought was the 10 millionth Mazda had sold in the US over the course of its 43-year history here, since selling its first rotary-powered R100 here in 1970.

It's been the subject of bitter debate among the Android faithful, one that has Samsung fanboys drawing a line in the sand, while the rest of us shrug and opt for devices like the Nexus 4 or Moto X. I have to say, I didn't mind this change very much at first. But as technology presses on, and we've seen the introduction of 1080p+ devices, 4K video, bigger and badder video games, storage — even on my 64GB HTC One — is starting to get a little tight.

No diesel was in the running for last year's award. Naturally, both of the diesel finalists are fielded by the Germans - with BMW's 328d and Audi's A6 TDI getting the nod.
