Sony has officially announced United States availability for the Xperia Z1 and the Xperia Z Ultra, two of the latest in their high-end line of phones. The Xperia Z1 is a 5-inch 1080p HD device with a 20 megapixel camera, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM and more.
