The very nice looking Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray has been listed by online retailer Play.com, which has given the mid-sized Android 2.3 mobile phone a launch date of August 15. And it'll cost you £349 for one of the company's unlocked models. Which seems like rather a lot for an Android phone with a 3.3″ screen, although the 854×480 resolution ought to win it a place in the heart of display enthusiasts. We're certainly looking forward to giving one a stroke.
