Motorola has officially launched its ultra-thin Razr Android smartphone in Japan, where the handset will be available via KDDI (the country's second largest mobile carrier), in both black and white. Unfortunately for Japanese customers, although Motorola said an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for the Razr would arrive this quarter, the smartphone is headed to Japan with Android Gingerbread on board (but, of course, it will get ICS sometime after launch).
Unwired View, Motorola Razr launched in Japan via KDDI, sadly without Android Ice Cream Sandwich
