Canon 5D Mark II with vintage camera lens

Canon 5D Mark II with vintage camera lens

What happens when you bring the old and new together. Well, take a 93-year old Contessa-Nettel Piccolette folding camera and hook it up with a Canon 5D Mark II, where this ridiculous looking lens-camera merger definitely looks out of place, but it seems that the results of the combination are nothing short of breathtaking. The Zeiss-manufactured lens on the Piccolette comes with a fixed focal length of 7.5cm, in addition to a maximum aperture of f6.3. When merged with the Canon's DSLR sensor, it ends up with some razor sharp images, just take a look at some samples after the jump to get a better idea as to what I am referring to.
