More than three months after Verizon's and Sprint's versions of it got updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, AT&T's Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is finally getting the new software version too. New, as in new for it, since 4.1 is now more than one year old. Still, if you own a Samsung tablet, getting any sort of update is something you should cherish and celebrate (since it really doesn't happen often). Unfortunately, this isn't going to be an over-the-air rollout, where your tablet notifies you about the update and then you download and install in a few taps.
